Stay Cool

by Robin

Today’s card is a special creation for a good friend of mine, whose birthday was last week. She’s got an outstanding personality and is super fun and outgoing, so I wanted to give her a card that mirrored those qualities.  You’ll find a list of the materials I used to make this greeting card, and have included a video tutorial and a list of the materials I used for this project as well.
